The essential information: I'm starting this blog in order to document the writing of my novel, A Story about Eddie and Margaret. I've been working on said piece for about a year and a half, on and off, and have completed a very holey draft. This summer, starting today June 15th, 2009, I am reworking it. I want to use this blog to help me with my research--from morbid obesity to Braves baseball to alcoholism to land ownership in South Carolina. Plus, who the hell knows. Maybe somebody will find some use out of my rantings and documentations.
